Please note that a signature is no longer required for all deliveries. Please ship to the address of your choice using your own discretion.
Free shipping for all orders $150+ within New Zealand and Australia only. For all orders below: Australia $15.99 / NZ $10.99
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or post offices.
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
New Zealand Delivery is within approx. 3-7 business days once dispatched.
Australia Delivery is within approx. 5-10 business days once dispatched.
International Not available at this stage.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations such as:
- Ordering the incorrect item (e.g. ordering a Lotion instead of a Wash)
- Accidentally ordering multiple quantities of the same item
- Disliking the fragrance you selected
We also do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- If the product was purchased through one of our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance. If their refund policy does not allow a refund, we are unable to provide one
- If you do not like the fragrance you selected
If you have an issue, please email our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve it on a case-by-case basis. Please note: If we agree to accept a return based on any of the above circumstances, we offer online store credit, not a full refund.
